Originally acquired from a long-time owner who held the asset for over two decades, our partners executed a comprehensive repositioning strategy during ownership. Our team implemented substantial capital improvements to enhance both functionality and tenant appeal, including upgrades to the parking structure, common areas, lobby, restrooms, roof, and HVAC systems.

This transaction represents a profitable and well-timed exit for our investors amid a national office market that continues to face headwinds. The capital generated from this sale will be redeployed into targeted opportunities across our core markets in the Midwest and Southeast, where we continue to focus on industrial and value-add assets.
