Legacy West Partners acquired an approximately 43,000 square foot industrial warehouse in Dalton, Georgia in November 2024. Upon acquisition, the warehouse was fully occupied, with opportunity to increase its value through re-tenancy. The property was situated in an ideal central location in Dalton, which is known as the carpet capital of the United States. Legacy West Partners successfully sold the asset in September of 2026.
